At Towild, we stand behind every product that leaves our workshop. If your gear fails due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it. No hassle, no excuses.

- The product was received through towildbikes.com, Amazon, an authorized dealer, or through an official promotion.
- The warranty period has not expired.
- You are able to provide proof of purchase or confirmation of eligibility.

Replacement and Claims Process
Please email us with the following information:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photo or video evidence of the defect.
We replace rather than repair. If your claim is approved, you'll receive a new replacement item.
