If all of the following conditions are met, your Towild product may be covered by our official warranty policy:

  • The product was received through towildbikes.com, Amazon, an authorized dealer, or through an official promotion.
  • The warranty period has not expired.
  • You are able to provide proof of purchase or confirmation of eligibility.

Replacement and Claims Process

Please email us with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photo or video evidence of the defect.

We replace rather than repair. If your claim is approved, you'll receive a new replacement item.
