*Note: For returns not due to quality issues, the original shipping cost of $7.90 will be deducted from the refund amount, regardless of whether the purchase amount met the free shipping threshold.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
- All items must be returned in their original sales condition, unused, in their original packaging, and with all labels intact.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Returns and exchanges must be processed using the same service as the original shipment.
- We only accept returns and exchanges from the country/region of origin of the order. For example, orders shipped to the United States must be returned from the United States.
- Customized items are not eligible for return.
Returns & Exchanges Request Process
Step 1: Please contact our customer service team at Email: service1@wild-fires.com, providing your order number, proof of purchase, reason for return, and a video or photo of the problematic item.
Step 2: Place the receipt and the item back in the original packaging.
Step 3: Complete all three copies of the pro forma return form. Place all copies in a clear envelope and affix it to the package; do not seal it. Customs requires these documents, so please ensure all three copies are completed.
Step 4: Hand the package to the courier. After the courier inspects the returned item, please seal the package and send the courier company information and tracking number to our customer service team at Email: service1@wild-fires.com.

When Will I Receive My Refund?
Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
Please note that the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
