All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Courier or Delivery Options

Towild partners with multiple couriers, including DHL, UPS, USPS, PPL, Yunexpress, and 4PX, to deliver your orders. The choice of shipping methods may vary depending on your location and selected shipping options at checkout.

3. Shipping Cost

  • Orders Over $49.99: Free shipping
  • Orders Under $49.99: $7.99 shipping fee

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Towild is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (e.g., tariffs, taxes).

5. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping option. You will receive an estimated delivery window during the checkout process.

6. Tracking

After placing an order, Towild will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can track your order directly through the link provided in this email.

7. Delays, No Tracking Updates, Missing or Wrong Product

If your order is delayed, has no tracking updates, or you receive the wrong or missing items, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

8. Change of Shipping Address

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is shipped, we cannot alter the delivery address.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. Once your order has been processed and shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
