Fits well but the nylon material tends to be 'springy' if the device being mounted weighs too much. I can use this mount to hold a small iPad on my trainer-mounted bike OK but I'd hesitate using it out on the road bikes outside.

O was a little dubious moving from a metal outfront mount.
I was also sick of my previous light attached via go pro mount under my Garmin being bounced into a different location every time I hit any sort of bump. This out front mount paired with a Towild outfront light have solved the problem.
