A modern bike cockpit has to do more than hold a front light. Riders use a bike computer for navigation and training, an action camera to record the ride, and a powerful light to stay visible from daylight to darkness. The problem is that handlebar space disappears quickly.
The TOWILD BL1500 approaches that problem as a complete system. It delivers up to 1500 lumens, combines focus and flood lighting, and places the light between the bike-computer mount and the computer. The lower GoPro-style interface remains available for an action camera, creating a cleaner setup without giving up the devices that matter.
A Cleaner Place for the Bike Light
Hanging a light beneath a computer mount can look tidy until an action camera needs the same position. Adding another handlebar clamp solves the mounting problem, but it also adds clutter and can make controls harder to reach.
BL1500 uses the space between the out-front mount and the bike computer. A Garmin-compatible male interface connects to the mount, while a replaceable computer base sits above the light. Compatible bases for Garmin, Bryton and Wahoo computer systems are included in the standard package. The light stays centered, the computer remains easy to read, and the lower interface stays free for ride recording.
Adjust the Beam to Match the Cockpit
Out-front computer mounts do not all sit at the same angle. A fixed lamp can follow the mount upward and send useful light above the road. The BL1500 light head moves through 32 degrees in four defined positions, allowing the beam to be aimed independently of the computer screen.
This adjustment helps riders direct light where it is useful while keeping the cockpit arrangement intact. It is a small mechanical detail with a practical benefit on real bikes, where stem angles, mounts and riding positions vary.
Useful Visibility Before and After Sunset
A front light is valuable before the road turns dark. BL1500 can serve as a daytime warning light, helping make a rider more noticeable through traffic, shade and changing weather. When daylight fades, its 1500-lumen output provides the headroom needed for more demanding riding conditions.
At night, the dual-beam optical system gives riders a more adaptable view of the road. The flood beam fills the area closer to the front wheel with a controlled cutoff pattern, while the focus beam reaches farther ahead. Riders can choose the beam that fits their speed, surroundings and visibility needs instead of relying on brightness alone.
Control the Light Without Leaving the Handlebar
The included ALC wireless remote keeps the main lighting controls close to the rider's hands. It can change brightness and switch between focus and flood modes without reaching forward to the lamp. A dedicated Turbo control can call up the highest output when extra light is needed, then return to the previous mode.
This matters most when the road is uneven, speed increases or gloves make the light's body-mounted button less convenient. Good lighting depends on how easily a rider can use it at the right moment.
Emergency Power When Another Device Runs Low
BL1500 also supports USB-C discharge for compatible electronics. It is designed as an emergency option rather than a replacement for a dedicated power bank. If a bike computer, phone or action camera is running low, the light can provide enough support to help preserve navigation, ride data or recording when it matters.
Built for Everyday Riding Conditions
The BL1500 light head uses aerospace-grade aluminum alloy to support heat dissipation, while the main body uses high-strength engineering plastic to keep the system durable and compact. Thermal management reduces power when internal temperature rises above 65°C, helping protect the LEDs and battery. Overcharge and over-discharge protection further support battery health.
An IPX6 water-resistance rating prepares the light for wet rides when the charging-port cover is securely sealed. The body is also designed to withstand drops of up to 1.2 meters. These are practical details for a light exposed to rain, road vibration and daily handling.
One Light and a More Thoughtful Front End
BL1500 is made for riders who navigate, record, commute, train and ride after dark without turning the handlebar into a collection of competing accessories. Its value comes from how the parts work together: a clean modular position, an adjustable head, two useful beam patterns, remote operation and emergency power in one compact front light.
